Enable Email Notifications

The subscriptions module lets administrators give users the ability to subscribe and unsubscribe to email notifications to their content and the content of others.

To Enable Email Notifications

  1. Click administer » modules.
  2. Make sure the box next to subscriptions is checked.
  3. Click administer » users » configure tab » permissions.
  4. Check the box in the row for maintain subscriptions for the roles in the columns that you wish to give the ability to subscribe, unsubscribe, and manage subscriptions to.
  5. Click administer » settings.
  6. The email address in the E-mail address: box will be the address from which notifications are sent.
