Configuring the Aggregator

Setting up the aggregator on a site can be done in a few steps:

  1. Make sure the Aggregator module is enabled. Click adminster » modules and check the box next to aggregator.
  2. Click administer » aggregator » configure tab.administer » settings » aggregator -->
  3. Choose a number for "Items shown in sources and categories pages:".
  4. Choose a length of time after which aggregator items are removed from the aggregator.

  5. Choose a categorization method.
    • Selecting "checkboxes" means you will only be able to assign one category to items.
    • Selecting "multiple select" means you will be able to assign one or more categories to items.
  6. Click the "Save configuration" button.
