1. Each tab is a separate view
2. Each tab is a view with a url under a common directory e.g. cooldomain.com/somedirectory/tab1 cooldomain.com/somedirectory/tab2
3. Tabs are implemented as menus which you means you must check "Provide Menu", and "Provide Menu as Tab"
4. Tabs use Drupal weights which default to 0. Tabs of the same weight are displayed in alphabetical order. So to make "Good" appear before "Better" you have to give the "Good" tab a lower weight than 0, e.g. -1
