With the release of Drupal 5.16, we've updated our public subversion repository to include this update plus the Watchdog hook patch. The new tag is 2009-03-04s. The latest version includes security fixes for Windows servers (which do not apply to hosting on our VPS hosting service, since we run on Linux servers) and a couple of bug fixes, including an increase in the length of the text box for tagging to 1024 characters. (I got the ball rolling with my initial patch to increase it to 255 characters.) See the release notes on Drupal.org for more information. Updating to the latest tag should include the following:

• backup your database, although there are no database updates between 5.15 and 5.16, it's still a good opportunity
• update your tagged release on your server
