Survey feature requests

Hi. Thanks, first off, for these modules. I really need the features they have. I also need some they don't. I just thought I would put a bug in your ear about them, and offer to help, either with testing, or with coding, to the extent that I can.
Wish list:
1. More question types. My clients want to be able to create a wide
variety of question types. Example: checkboxes, with "other":
- "This is the question -- check all that apply."
-- this is option one
-- this is option two
-- this is option three
-- other (please specify): [ ]
2. Integration with phplist (or similar) for periodic email reminders.
3. Save and return to a form later.
4. Multipage forms, with breadcrumbs.
5. Branching -- if user said yes, go to question x; if they said no, go to question y.

Feel free to add more feature requests here in the forums. Future development is going to be driven by most requests features plus any funded development requirements.
Also check out the discussion on Drupal.org about a quiz module. It has different goals, but some similarities. It is unlikely, for example, that the current incarnation of survey module will implement some of the more advanced features that you mention, although additional question types are definitely a possibility.
