Hi,
I am using Drupal site. There I wanted to allow registered user
to post forum topics. how can I enable "forum topic" menu item so that ,only registered users can post the topics .

Under administer » users » configure tab » permissions sub-tab, check the box next to "create forum topics" under the 'authenticated user' role, but keep it unchecked for the 'anonymous user' role.
