New client site stuck in 'requested' status

I went through the 'How To Create Client Sites' steps to create a client site. The new site now shows up in my reseller list of sites with a status of 'requested'. 
Additionally, I did not receive an email with the 'admin' user/pass for the new client site (as it indicates above).How do I activate the new client site?--Phil
In "edit site", it says 'The site has been requested, but not yet created.'
What now?

Looks like the automatic site generator got jammed, so to speak. I gave it a kick and the new password email should be on your way shortly.
