Login fails

Login stopped working...

Using IE 7 I logged at http://get.cooptools.ca/node just fine.

I went to create a book page and then decided not to. When I confirmed the pop-up message I was logged out. I could then not log in. I get no error message.

If I login with a different user it works. I then logout and back it with the original user and it does work.

Some kind of cookie business maybe?

Account

Can you create an account on the site for support@bryght.com? The password will come to us by email if you check the right box, so you don't need to put it in here publicly. The account would need at least the permission to create book pages. I'm trying it out on a test site, but I just want to verify it on your site, as may be an issue specific to that individual site.

By 'original user', I assume you mean the first user (typically 'admin') on the site?

Couldn't duplicate, were you using the first user?

I logged in with the account you gave us (thanks for that!), clicked Create content, then Book page, then typed in a title, then some text in the body. I didn't save it, but rather clicked on another link. The WYSIWYG editor, TinyMCE, popped up a message asking me to confirm, then I clicked OK. It didn't log me out. I tried on a test site on the same server running the same code and same thing.

The user that got logged out, was that the 'admin' user (the first user on the system)? It might have a different TinyMCE profile than the secondary user, but I can't see how that would log you out.

P.S. I'm running Internet Explorer on Windows XP on my MacBook Pro.

Ok now

seems to work ok for me now. It happened when using a user/2 with admin permissions. I'll let you know if it happens again.

Thanks for the follow up!
