lack of CAPTCHA is a major problem

The lack of Captcha is putting an unreasonable burden on the users of our site. The whole situation really isn't sustainable. I run another Drupal site, I know Captchas are easy to install with Drupal.

I'm still getting swamped with comment spam. 17 so far today and it's not even 11:00 am.

I can't understand why you won't install this simple module!

We're currently researching our options, and CAPTCHA is one of them. Also, we will be including some access rules of known account spammers, and we will add them to our Basic profile.
