Support response time
My new Bryght install has been giving a 500 Internal Server Error whenever I attempt to log in since yesterday afternoon. I don't think this is going to impress my colleagues at the new job for which I am setting up this site. I've spent the last three hours killing time when I needed to be configuring this site for use at an event next week.
Since reporting this problem 19 hours ago, I have received one tech support response which failed to acknowledge the problem. After the past abusive year at Dreamhost, I'm really looking for someone more stable! It's not too late for me to move to another platform. Is this a typical situation at Bryght?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Success!
Alight, it's working again! Thanks for your help, Bright Guys.
Funny Database Issue
I'm the one who responded, and if I "failed to acknowledge the problem", it was because I was asking for more information (we recently moved the site to a new domain, so I asked what address you were seeing the error from). I just saw your response, and it looks like a funny database issue, which we're working on now.
500 Internal Server Error
Thanks Richard, but I think should have been clear that a this error was because of the back-end and not the domain name as your e-mail had suggested.
Glad to hear you are aware of the problem and working on it! Now I can focus on getting stuff ready to launch this site on Monday.
