I am developing a website using Drupal.

I want to designa news letter registration form as folows.

Newsletter Registration(a small heading)

All the information and deails that are provided by you will be used by by XYZ only to give you with
information about our services and will adhere fully to our Privacy Policy.

First name* put a textbox here to enter the first name

Surname* put a textbox here to enter the Surnamename

E-mail address* put a textbox here to enter the Email Addresss

Telephone number put a textbox here to enter the Telephone Number

Job title put a textbox here to enter the Jbo title

put a button here with text submit

• Denotes mandatory fields

Note:; the label controls with text First name etc are on the left side and the corresponding textboxes are on the right side.
‘Submit’ is a button control
Also tell me what the modules to be installed and the simple steps to do this.
please help me immediately.
