Allows for the creation of web forms which can be filled out by users and submitted. Submissions are emailed to a chosen email address and are also stored in the database. The responses to a survey can be viewed online, as well as downloaded in an Excel-compatible format.

The survey module depends on the forms module for the types of form elements available.
