• Click the button. You should get a popup window.
• You can either paste in a URL to an existing image or upload an image from your computer.

If you want to include an image or photo that already exists on the web:

• paste in the URL in the Image URL box.
• Type in some short, descriptive alternate text. This is usually recommended for seeing-impaired users.

If you want to upload an image from your computer:

• Click the Browse button on the right of the window about half-way down.
• Select the image from your computer.
• Type in a description of the image.
• Click the Upload button.
• The image's description should appear in the list on the left. Click on the image you want to insert then press the OK button.
