We are currently implementing our automated billing system for our Bryght Hosting products. Until that is complete, you will receive two documents:

• credit card authorization form (download PDF Document)
• request for primary contact (download PDF Document)

Please fill out both of these documents and fax them to: 1.800.786.6536 or scan and email to billing@bryght.com

We will use the information in the documents to bill your credit card on a monthly recurring basis. The point of contact is kept on file in case ourselves or the network operations center needs to perform any emergency support on your behalf.
